1. Nova Scotia

2. New Brunswick

Like Nova Scotia, a large section of New Brunswick's coastline is on the Bay of Fundy The coastal scenery along the Fundy Shore is spectacular and ever changing. Dramatic sea cliffs and fascinating rock formations display artistic creations created by the largest tides on earth. 3. Prince Edward Island (PEI)

PEI is the home of the fabled Anne of Green Gables, endless sand beaches, and pastoral countryside punctuated with picturesque villages. Ths island's gentle topography and rich soil, which is intensively cultivated, has earned it the title "Garden of the Gulf". With hundreds of miles of fine sand beaches and warm sea water, this is a popular seaside vacation destination, and the island's superb, scenic countryside and coastline offer fabulous touring opportunities.

4. Newfoundland

Gros Morne National Park and the Northern Peninsula boast spectacular, scenic landforms and renowned archeological sites that include both Viking and pre-historic native settlements. The Avalon Peninsula and Bonavista Peninsula are home to some of North America's largest seabird colonies, lots of whales, and charming coastal scenery. There are also huge herds of moose, caribou, and wandering Greenland icebergs.
